My Bio
As a mother of three children in KISD schools, I see firsthand what’s working and where we can do better. I’m running because I want to be part of the solution, supporting our teachers, strengthening our schools, and ensuring equity across all campuses.
I bring 20+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, and systems design. I know how to build accountability, transparency, and excellence in complex organizations. But more importantly, I bring a parent’s heart and a servant’s commitment to our community.

Whether your child attends school north or south of I-10, in Harris, Fort Bend, or Waller County, they deserve the same quality education and the same opportunities to succeed. That’s what I’m fighting for.

With more than 20 years of experience in banking, compliance, and risk governance, Tiffany has built a career designing accountable systems in highly regulated environments. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, an MBA, and a certificate in Business Process Design for Strategic Management from MIT, expertise she brings to responsible, transparent school board leadership. I have sat on the other side of that board table as a Senior Vice President in banking, presenting risk reports, serving on compliance and strategic planning committees. I know exactly how boards work because I have spent my career working with them.

Tiffany’s passion for education was shaped early by the influence of Dr. Betty Howell Grey, a respected educator who instilled in her the belief that education is the greatest equalizer. That foundation, combined with her own children’s experiences and community discussions in Katy ISD, drives her commitment to ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.

Grounded in service and faith, Tiffany has served as a PTA member, KEYS Mentor, and member of the KISD Community Bond Advisory Committee. She leads with integrity, compassion, and a heart for others. donating to women’s shelters, mentoring youth, and supported community nonprofits, and people in need.

As a candidate for Katy ISD School Board Trustee, Position 4, Tiffany is dedicated to uplifting students, supporting teachers, and strengthening the community she calls home.
